If you've been to an event, you know we are all about promoting local businesses. Let ProMetroNet help promote yours.

ProMetroNet offers sponsorship opportunities to local businesspersons that that can talk for up to 20 minutes about his or her business. Our events over the past year have averaged approximately 35 individuals each.

Additionally, our event fliers with sponsor information and logo are sent up to 5x via e-mail and regular mail to nearly 300 Networking Group Members. At the venue, the atmosphere is always more warm and friendly than a standard business meeting.

What ProMetroNet provides:

Inclusion on the ProMetroNet event flier, which goes to nearly 300 opt-in newsletter recipients and steady attendees of the Networking meeting, up to 5 times before the event
The venue for the sponsor, along with prominent display of marketing materials
A laptop and projector combo, if necessary
A speaker system to help project the voice.
Free presentation advice and tips to help refine the sponsor's 20 minutes of fame
Prominent display of sponsor's business logo on ProMetroNet home page. Clicking on the logo leads to sponsor's website, or upon request we will build a special page on the ProMetroNet website
A special thank-you section in our post-event newsletter

Requirements for Consideration as a Sponsor:

Must have all certifications, licensing and/or registrations necessary for the business in question (contractor must be bonded, attorney licensed to practice in NY, etc.
A minimum of 3 references
Have a clear presentation by the time of the Networking event
Business card and/or brochure, marketing materials
Approval of presentation by Core Group Members
Have an engaging, friendly outgoing speaking style
Recommended but not mandatory: A doorprize for guests or a prize for the evening's raffle
